I finally watched Emilia Pérez. Being a Peliplat enthusiast, I couldn't avoid the discourse surrounding the movie and I knew I had to watch it. It lived up to the hype. Bad songs, bad acting and a story that, well, we'll get to that. Still, going into Pérez, I didn't want it to be bad. I had hope for Jacques Audiard.
