Yesterday, I posted about Variety's worst movies. Today, it's their best. Their top critics, Owen Gleiberman and Peter Debruge, have each released their top 10 movies of 2024. Owen Gleiberman's top 10 movies of 2024 10. Kinds of Kindness 9. Bad Faith: Christian Nationalism's Unholy War on Democracy 8. Babygirl 7. The People's Joker 6. A Complete Unknown 5. Skywalkers: A Love Story 4. Inside Out 2 3. A Real Pain 2. The Seed of the Sacred Fig 1. Challengers Peter Debruge's top 10 movies of 2024 10. The Count of Monte Cristo 9. The Room Next Door 8. Inside Out 2 I think these lists have some interesting, if not controversial, picks. I haven't seen it, but I have a friend who rated The Bikeriders a 1/10.
