Emara (2018)

A silent man in a paper bag dog mask darts people with tranquilizers and then attaches mind-control devices to their heads, which causes them to have big, blank eyes and makes one girl attack her friend, and makes another man transform into a gross monster who attacks people and tries to eat two of them. This monster and the way he is defeated is a little creepy and disturbing; probably not for young children.
