Storyline:  In this sequel to the X-Men animated series, the mutants find themselves bewildered by a world that still refuses to accept them. Professor X, seriously wounded, decides to leave the group he founded to recuperate in outer space with Lilandra, queen of the Shi'ar Empire. His companions, believing him to be dead, face the dilemma of being led by their old enemy, Magneto.
