Over the course of a single day and three time lines (morning, afternoon, and evening) the founder of a startup on the verge of going mainstream struggles to convince his partner to accept a buyout offer from their dream buyer. As the day progresses, more and more details emerge about the deal that complicate the decision before all three time lines converge to reveal when the final decision was made.
