Beat-Down

The unintentional consequence of society's decision to defund medical treatments for the mentally ill has forced these patients into the unwilling and unwelcoming arms of the Criminal Justice System. This documentary focuses on one individual who is very well educated, articulate and not the type of person you would expect to be bullied by a bureaucratic system and his experience with the Criminal Justice System.
