Out The Gate is based on the best-selling novel, "My Manz And 'Em", written by Essence Best Seller/Award Winning Independent Film/Screen Writer JM Benjamin Malik Jones is as thorough as they come in the streets. But disloyalty from one of his closest comrades costs him ten years of his freedom. Now, out the gates, he crosses paths with his crush Meesha once again. Malik doesn't want any parts of the streets any longer. He has new ideas and a new direction in life...
