A young medical student Rajesh (Sashikanth) is funded by farmers of his village and the other neighbouring villages. He falls in love with Alekya (Yana Sheik) daughter of a mafia king Anant Raj. He traps Rajesh in a twin murder case. How Rajesh proves his innocence will be the rest of the story.
