What's your favourite robot movie?

I watched Companion last night and it got me thinking about all these new robot movies. Maybe it's because we're in 2025, the same year as Her, or maybe it's because of the AI boom in the real world, but it feels like robot movies and robot characters are everywhere. This made me wonder what my favourite robot movie is. Or what my favourite robot in a movie is. Off the top, I think I need to give the prize to Wall-E. I love that little cosmic piece of metal. But what about you? What's your favourite robot movie?
