Amidst his disdain for Christmas following his father's passing, Jules Claus stumbles upon a magical snow globe in his grandfather's toy shop. Transported to distant lands, he unravels an extraordinary secret: his grandfather is the true Santa Claus. Jules Claus has embraced Christmas again and is getting ready for the busiest time of the year together with grandpa Noël. Everything seems to go according to plan, until Jules receives a very special letter with an intriguing question.
