[REC]

Angela Vidal, a reporter for a local television station, with her cameraman accompanies a group of firefighters responding to an emergency call at an apartment building. As chaos erupts and panic ensues, they witness firsthand the terrifying transformation of the infected individuals, who become violent and exhibit zombie-like behavior. Utilizing the first person format, presenting the events as if captured by the cameraman: this movie will creep you out, but do not call the emergency number!

The story is told through the cameras carried by the characters, found footage style! As the SWAT team enters the building, they encounter infected residents who exhibit violent and aggressive behavior, also discover a priest who claims to know the origins of the infection and the demonic possession! By expanding upon the mythos established in the first movie: you can not miss the rest of the story! But, lock the door and be careful with your neighbor!

The action now takes place miles away from the original location and partly in broad daylight, giving the film an entirely fresh yet disturbing new reality. The infection has left the building. In a clever twist that draws together the plots of the first two movies, this third part of the saga also works as a decoder to uncover information hidden in the first two films and leaves the door open for the final installment, the future '[REC] 4 Apocalypse.'

Ángela Vidal, the spunky young television reporter that entered the building in 2007 has exited with the swat team. Little do they know that she carries the seed of the strange demonic infection. She is taken to an oil tanker miles off shore which has been especially equipped for the quarantine...
