This often gives rise to significant incidents. One such tragedy befalls Rajbai, a rural woman from Balipur Panchayat, and her son Pappu, who loses his life. Meanwhile, the village secretary finds himself entangled in the disputes between the Sarpanch's actions and the arguments with his father, referred to as "Dadda Ji." Caught in the chaos of these relationships, the secretary, the CO (Circle Officer), and the Sarpanch also end up facing jail time. The narrative intricately weaves several other minor characters, creating a tapestry of events inspired by a true story.
