-Ariane Paré-Le Gal and Gérald Le Gal guide us on an unusual journey that takes them to every corner of the province of Quebec (in Canada) in search of edible native plants. Travelling through forests, fields and marshes, our coureurs des bois unravel the mysteries of gathering: identifying the plant, recognizing its habitat, when to pick it and how. Then, father and daughter put on an apron to prepare their harvest.
