Romeo i Julietta z Cherkass (2021)

Roma and Julia fell in love and decided to get married, however, it turns out that their parents are good old... sworn enemies. In order not to ruin their children's happiness, the parents are doing their best to bury the hatchet and throw a perfect wedding. But their preparations are crippled by old drama that constantly rises to the surface. Roma and Julia are longing for a friendly family with civilized relationships, and when their parents say, "the wedding is canceled!" they immediately fire back, "no, it's not!" From episode to episode, Roma and Julia try to establish some kind of a truce between their families. The situation gets even more complicated when (on top of everything!) the future in-laws aren't too crazy about their children's love choices. The husband-and-wife to-be desperately try to get their parents' blessings... but keep failing again and again. Throughout the show the "almost-weds" fight FOR their wedding, while their parents fight AGAINST it. This tension turns all the wedding preparations into a real mess. So, the question "will the wedding happen at all?" is still up in the air.
