Hamby hopes his new TV commercial for Calculator Repair will impress Ruto, the no-nonsense proprietor of Trident Diner. To his dismay, she and the other diner patrons are preoccupied with an internet live stream of a baby otter. Meanwhile, something sinister is brewing at the Chamber of Commerce.
