On the Trail of an Intercontinental Killer

In a waterfront neighborhood of Brooklyn, a trash bag with human remains is found. Led by three dogged FBI Agents, the investigation soon expands to killings in Albania and Belgium, focusing on the activity of a Yugoslavian former NYC cab driver, Smajo Dzurlic.
