Storyline:  Set in the ominous and sinister spring of 1945 in Gyeongseong, in the midst of the Japanese occupation of Korea, this adventure unfolds against the backdrop of the suffering of the civilian population at the hands of the occupying forces. There, Jang Tae-sang, owner of the city's most prosperous pawnshop, and Yoon Chae-ok, a determined tracker searching for her missing mother, are confronted by a grotesque entity born from the depths of human greed.
