For Nikki, every day must be a party - with cornrows, cocktails and casual sex. She works as a hairdresser at the afro salon Crown with her two best friends Pascal and Gaia. One day, Nikki meets her childhood friend Ade, and a possible romance puts her otherwise liberated life to the test. Even though Nikki has apparent control over her job, hair and sex life, inside she is chaos.
