Mumbai based builder Praulkar comes to make a deal of Naik Wada with agent Salgaokar and gets haunted buy spirit of Anna Naik.The once pride and prestigious Naik Wada now lies in a dilapidated state with all of the family members scattered and living their own lives.Indu is the only one living in the dilapidated house in a poor state working as maid but lives with a hope that the old days of her Wada will be back.While Sushma is living a lavish lifestyle and cons people with her husband Sayaji a suspended cop she wants to sell the Wada and forces Indu to sign the papers.Abhiram gets hallucinations of Indu calling him and returns back home after years and is shocked to see that his house is not the same, he has divorced Devika and married Kaveri a south Indian women.Abhiram asks Salgaonkar to repair the Wada and starts living in the house with Indu and Kaveri ,he finds that Chayya has married Raghu Kaka and both pretend to be god's messengers an con villagers,while Datta has turned a drunkard and lives with Sarita in a hut and Madhav has turned insane.Upon seeing Abhiram and Kaveri living in the Wada and getting the respect from Indu,Sarita and Chayya also return to stay in the house asking for their share in the property.Shevnata's spirit waits in the Wada to unite with Anna and swears that she wont allow Naik family to unite again.While Kaveri whose unaware of the past of Naik family gets possessed by spirit of Shevanta and Anna takes control of Sayaji's body as they both want to unite after death in the Wada.
