A Corrupt Russian businessman is contracted to create body armor for Russian soldiers. However, interested in profits, he creates sub par armor that results in Russian soldiers being killed. When the documents of his misdeeds are leaked, a former GRU Spetnaz gets a hold of them. They want to kill him to contain the leak, and he wants revenge. Russian Rambo is unleashed.
