To prevent this, he accepts a deal with the government, taking the country's most dangerous psychopaths into Madhouse so he can use Mesmer Helmet to ensure they won't be a danger to society anymore Each Episode has Madeus and Bosforo enter the mind of a new madman. Everymind has its own world, each with unique landscapes, creatures, and laws of physics. But all of them find Madeus and Bosforo in dangerous psychedelic adventures.
