World of Sport (1960)

"World of Sport" was an Australian sports program that was broadcast live by TVT-6 in Hobart, Tasmania, from 1960 to 1985; with presenters Harry Ward and later Peter Sharp. In 1982 TVT-6 was bought by ENT, owner of Launceston station TNT-9. Both stations began broadcasting under the unified on-air identity of TasTV by 1985; with "World of Sport" to continue on TasTV in 1985.
