Neha Kamat a single mother lives with her daughter Pari whose very cute and adorable but suffers from diabetes and on insulin.Neha's husband had abandoned them even before birth of Pari since then she single handed takes care of her ,being a working mom Pari is taken care her loving neighbors a senior citizen couple.Yash a Dubai based businessman arrives in Mumbai for his work purpose and comes across Neha and falls in love with her at first sight he finds that Neha is working in his own company.Yash decides not to disclose his identity and asks his friend Sameer to pose as boss to everyone and he pretends to be his assistant.Yash finds about Neha's struggle with life and comes to her aid every time and befriends Pari thou Yash deeply in love with Neha hasn't disclosed his identity to her while Neha is forced by her sister in law to bind relationship with a fraud lawyer Paranjape.
