Police for Freedom (2021)

-WE ARE HUMAN BEINGS SERVING AND PROTECTING OTHER HUMAN BEINGS. Police for Freedom Quebec (Canada) is part of the international Police for Freedom movement launched in February 2021. It includes police, firefighters, security personnel and military personnel with the goal of improving the general welfare of society in these difficult times for both citizens and professionals. The mission of this movement is to rehumanize our societies, to restore trust and unity between the security forces and the people. The peaceful marches, events, campaigns and content created by Police For Freedom aim to educate people about their human rights, civil liberties, constitutional rights and the ethical code of conduct of the police and security forces. We are colleagues from different professions who want to continue to do our work based on our personal and professional ethics, uninfluenced by fears, misleading narratives, immoral rules or differences of opinion. WE ASK FOR A RETURN TO COMMON SENSE AND PROFESSIONAL ETHICS.
