Outside a Skytrain station, amongst the hustle of transient movement, he talks to strangers about their lives. They share stories of missing family far away, coming to terms with past versions of themselves, and hoping for a future where fewer people feel alone. Amid the chaos of a local skate park, he has quiet exchanges with skaters and non-skaters as they share stories of identity, healing, friendships, and finding a space to exist in. Through his conversations, he discovers a shared sense of community and joy. On a rainy day in the park, he watches dogs and humans alike. Listening to stories of the strangers around him, he discovers a man's special bond with a partially-blind dog and a retiree's continual search for love.
