Edgar Allan, détective (1981)

-A lonely, big-hearted, slightly eccentric detective has dedicated his entire existence to Justice, with a capital "J". By chance, he meets a young orphan of North African origin, without a passport, living in the city's sewers, takes a liking to him and literally adopts him as his assistant. Ben, the young boy, joins "Chief Edgar" in the pursuit of the evil No. 1 organization.
