It should be noticed that during the challenge videos, they having an problem issues causing people losing the intense challenge, such as family issues, work issues, etc, as well as the main crew does doing prank stuff to them.

Who ever came up with the TV-MA rating has not even seen the show. It is definitely enough to be a PG rating.
