2050

2050 is an exciting and visually-stylized series about a post-apocalyptic near future where all emotions are controlled by an implanted microchip called the Limbus. Originally created in an attempt to alleviate the mass suffering of The War - the microchip instead ended up giving the government absolute control over its people. With only the elite now allowed to "feel", a small group of revolutionaries discover that the only way to beat the Limbus is to immerse oneself in a virtual world of one of the great literary classics. Can the works of Shakespeare, Homer, Dante and other suppressed giants break the technological prison the world now finds itself in?
