The action of the series takes place in the small town of Bolesna, where the paths of the characters - doctors, center employees, patients and local residents - intersect at the local clinic. The main character is doctor Adam Domanski, who starts working at a local medical clinic. - He quickly becomes known as a great diagnostician and... unceremoniously honest arrogant, causing consternation among patients and the facility's staff.
