Kuebiko (2019)

"Kuebiko" follows the story of 17-year old Max Adler living with her father, as she is forced to re-assimilate back into the life that was once familiar to her. After being in suicidal rehabilitation for about a year, Max has just returned home and is undergoing therapy to keep her treatment up, as per her father's wishes. Being quite the "unreliable" narrator, Max tells her story to us through her visits with her therapist, eventually allowing her to open up about both the present and the past as we watch her struggle with the realities of life and having to repeat her junior year of high school.
