My Funeral (2020)

Benedikt is a grumpy man stuck in a self-inflicted, pointless routine, estranged from his family and unfulfilled in a meaningless career that has mercifully come to an end. Unexpectedly he's diagnosed with an incurable brain tumor and opts for a highly risky surgical operation with a low probability of survival. Convinced of his imminent demise, he decides the best way to reconcile his life regrets is by hosting his own funeral. After all, what's the point of celebrating your life if you can't attend the party?
