Fish Out of Water Show (2017)

Pearls Daily is a successful on land entertainer due to her expensive medication that prevents her from becoming a mermaid. With the success of her burlesque career she is preparing to make the jump to mainstream entertainment. A reality show has taken interest in her unique career trajectory and are following her and her friends, filming season one. She is eagerly awaiting a phone call from her agent about a new role when her doorbell rings. It's her creepy trump supporting neighbor with bad news. He had gotten some mail of hers by mistake and it's a letter from her insurance company telling her that her policy is cancelled and she is now forced to move back underwater. She passes out. Her friends then go on an escapade, trying to find her medicine and revive her. Back to life, but back in a full mermaid tail, Pearls and her friends sit poolside and try to figure out what to do in a medical system that's crumbling and a neighborhood thats clearly going downhill.
