Vampires, demons, Michael Myers - in horror, many things never die. One Cleveland television station is betting there's something else that is immortal: the appetite for horror hosts. "The Big Bad B-Movie Show" is a locally-produced schlock horror movie series on CW43, the city's CW affiliate. It is hosted by Zachariah Durr and Laura Wimbels, who play "Leopold" and "Lenora", two dapper, wisecracking ghouls trapped in a vault. The two are part of a new generation of horror hosts, those late-night master of ceremonies who supplement terrible movies with wink-wink sketch comedy and goofy gags, delivered in accents that land somewhere between Transylvania and the Catskills.
