A happily married couple go into witness protection and take their new identities way too seriously. "Eric" and "Rebecca" "Armstrong" hit the ground running and throw themselves into their new roles as 'paramedics' with no training, no qualifications....and no idea. They patrol the streets, always first on the scene to render assistance to those who need it...and sometimes to those who don't.
