Recipes for Success (2014)

May 2014 is a busy month, even by the standards of Chef\Restaurateur Will Meyrick. With 2 award winning restaurants, Sarong and Mama San in his home, Bali and E&O in Jakarta, Will is a busy man. This month Will travels to Hong Kong to open the first overseas branch of Mama San and from there goes to straight to Tasmania as headline guest Chef at the Savor Tasmania food festival, where he has to cook for 600 guests. On both these occasions, Will is taking Balinese Chefs and staff, showcasing the culinary skill on offer from Bali.
