The Hawaian archipelago, the worlds largest and furthest from mainland, is a Polynesian world still being shaped by active volcanoes, growing over time to snowy peeks. The fertile lava and firm winds carrying a record amount of precipitation gradually turns into lush wildlife, mostly immigrants, alas nowadays often stowaways threatening native species, hardly any large predators except a few birds of prey. It's a paradise for sports (from surfing to skiing over hiking), tourism, astronomical observation.
