River (2016)

A military scientist is forced by the government to create a deadly virus to turn everyone into controllable robots under the direction of the president of the United States. When the scientist threatens to blow the whistle on the operation, he mysteriously dies. His only daughter, a biochemistry graduate, must search for the truth about her father's death, and develop a vaccine to save humanity.
