There is a man from Ibaraki. He moved to Tokyo to get high class chicks. He attends university in order to pick up pretty girls. When school begins they celebrate upon joining a club. He was not cool enough. Still he meets a girl, but is interrupted. This prompts him to change and improve. He wants to be cool.
