"Taste the Islands with Chef Irie" is a Caribbean themed culinary television series featuring sweet, spicy, mouthwatering recipes, and food adventures with Caribbean celebrities. In each episode, our chef is challenged by his friend the foodie Nicole to create a mouthwatering meal using specific Caribbean ingredients or cooking methods. Short vignettes educate viewers about Caribbean food culture.
