Some of the violence is more graphic then in the Yu-Gi-Oh! Dual Monsters TV series.

Some smoking and alcohol usage / reference.

This series is a horror. Yami is a sadistic arbiter who puts those he deems sinners through tests of life and death. With large amounts of suspense and terror. People always wind up being brutalized in some way, such as burning alive, or being eaten. Though these are illusions the people always wind up traumatized. This is not a kids show by any stretch. So do not go to it expecting anything like Duel Monsters.

Some intense scenes which are more intense then the Yu-Gi-Oh! Dual Monsters TV series.
