Violence is usually off-screen and pretty mild. Occasionally it gets relatively ramped up.

A man is seen dead, having been shot off-screen, this is upsetting.

An electrical circuit explodes and a man is presumable electocuted and killed.

A police car blows up and it's stated afterwards that two people were killed in the explosion.

A guard is abruptly stabbed in the back with a spear, killing him; another gets thrown through a wall and killed. The spear is slashed across Spider-Man's chest, leaving a large, brutally bleeding gash.

The Green Goblin quickly kills people via neck breaking or beating, not shown on-screen for long.

A dead body is seen splattered with blood, having been killed in a falling elevator crashed.

Occasional strong swearing, but infrequent.
