Incidental language in keeping with a tough story. Language is not glorified, yet is present and depicted faithfully in real-life footage.

Government's first, and some say only, legitimate role is the protection of the populace. One central theme of this drama is the idea of "Who is watching the watchers"; or, "How do we, the citizens, protect ourselves from a government intent on self-preservation at the expense of an individual or two, give or take?" For those with a healthy sense of individual sovereignty, this case is unnerving and can cause sleeplessness and hyper-vigilance. This reviewer is not necessarily calling this a bad thing...
