Summoned to another world on a random errand, Subaru, a regular high schooler, faces immediate danger with no summoner in sight. Aided by a silver-haired girl, they fight back, but disaster strikes. Waking up back at the start, Subaru discovers a horrifying truth: "Return by Death," a power that rewinds time upon his death. Trapped in a loop, he must use this ability to save the girl from a predetermined fate.
