A man attempts to merge with another man, the second man is seen horribly mutated, the first man grieves over him, done comedically though.

A child is strapped to a chair and Ronald McDonald chainsaws his face, large blood spray and very graphic.

A mans hand is chopped off with a meat cleaver, copious amounts of blood spray out of his wrist, his fingers are then chopped off. He is then hit in the face with a hammer and spits out his teeth and a lot of blood. His lips are cut off with a knife and his tounge is cut out and lots of blood spray. He is then placed on a table where his leg is sawed off and a very large amount of blood sprays out, a muscle is then ripped out of his leg.

The same man is then stabbed in the eye with the nail removing part of a hammer and his eyeball is pulled out. Then his head is shoved in a microwave and cooks it, then his scalp is peeled off and exposes his brain. Still alive his throat is sliced open and copious amounts of blood sprays out. All of this is shown on screen in extremely graphic detail and is easily the most gruesome scene in the entire show.

A group of men repeatedly shoot each other and themselves in the head multiple times, copious amounts of blood spray, a mans testicle is shot off and another man eats it. It is extremely unrealistic.

A man is stabbed with a lightsaber and then killed with with a spell.

A clown hacking up a corpse with an axe is shown.

In a parody of the movie Suicide Squad, a group of people dressed as the suicide squad commit suicide in various and graphic ways including hanging, disembowling, swallowing tablets, setting themselves on fire, wrist slicing, ect. All is shown on screen.

A mans mouth is blown off with an explosive, he then shoot the people who did it.

A mans arm is cut off, blood sprays.

A man is hit in the face with a pole, his nose bleeds and he cries.

A man is stabbed in the eye with scissors, another man pulls it out along with his eyeball. he then drops the scissors into someones foot, the man then kicks the scissors up the other mans nose, he pulls it out and slices someones throat, he then falls on the scissors face first. Blood sprays everywhere during this whole sequence.

A man dives off a roof, you later see his leg with a bone sticking out of it.

A man throws an axe into another mans chest, blood mist is seen, he then shoots another man, then another comes and stabs him in the chest multiple times, the man headbutts him and rips the axe out of his chest and chops the other mans head into pieces, blood sprays, he is then shot with blood mist. A random woman comes into the scene and starts singing and she is shot in the head. Blood mist.

A child beats another kid to death, blood covers his face and the camera.

A man kills a bunch of children stabbing them, choking them, breaking their necks and hitting them in the face with an axe.

A mans tounge is ripped out, blood sprays and he is the slapped in the face with his own tounge.

A man is carved up with a chainsaw, blood and guts spray out and go everywhere, the man who did it then serves the persons decapitated head to a child with candles in it's eyes and mouth.

A man is punched multiple times in the face, blood spray, and then in the chest, x ray view of his ribs breaking, he is the uppercutted in slow motion and blood sprays out of his mouth. Then his face is slammed on a BBQ and burnt, his head is then ripped clean off with his spine visible and is then played catch with.

A mans head is pushed into a table saw, blood spray, his head is then ripped in half with an extreme amount of blood spray.

A kid is stabbed in the chest with a plastic tube, his heart is ripped out and then beaten to death with his own heart.

A woman punches through a mans abdomen and does the middle finger, she then rips out his intestines and beats him to death with them.

Zombies attack a group of people with massive amounts of violence and gore. Notable moments include a zombie being shot in the head with a crossbow and it's head gets sent across the room, a kid being eaten by zombies, a mans eye ripped out, a mans face melted and a womans fingers bitten off.

A childs arm is cut off, blood sprays. She screams and stabs a man multiple times.

A woman is hit in the face with a hammer, the hammer gets lodged in her face.

A mans hand is cut off, he is shot multiple times and then has his head crushed in a kitchen sink.

A man is cut in half by a portal, his intestines are seen, he then rips the head off the man who did it.

Two people are shot with a shotgun, blood sprays all over the camera.

A man drinks poision, he bleeds from the eyes, his leg is then cut off and stabbed in the neck with a large amount of blood spray.

Two peoples throats are slit in a very over the top way.

This series is notorious for its extremely graphic and shocking content.

The 'Ronald McDonald' Episodes Are Extremely Violent And Graphic

Frequent uses of f**k, c**t, s**t, ect in almost every episode.

An entire episode where they "censor" swear words with a recording of someone saying c**t.

A man is seen doing many sorts of drugs in a comedic montage, it involves snorting cocaine, injecting heroin, smoking a bong and drinking alcohol miked with eggs which he vomits up and drinks again.

A group of men snort a large amount of cocaine.

It is worth noting that to violence is always graphic and bloody, extremely over the top and comedic. It is very unrealistic and cartoonish though.

A woman gives birth to a baby, a lot of blood comes out and the baby comes out, the baby then steals a car and drives away. Extremely bloody and disturbing.

The man getting hacked up is extremely graphic and will disturb many viewers.
