Odorico Cienfuegos, mayor of a small municipality called Loreto, wins the elections under the promise of building a new cemetery. Obsessed with officially opening the cemetery, needs someone to die soon. However, not a single citizen is close to dying, causing Odorico to use every chance he has to get his hands on a dead body.
