Lars is a young homeless man working as a Hotel bellboy for tips. When his friend Stanley is threatened by Jenkins, a corrupt city official to whom Lars owes money, Lars is forced to accept a job offer from the city crime lord, Mr. Fitzroy. Upon completing his initiation job, Lars sees an opportunity to build an empire of networked people running odd jobs for the city's criminal underbelly.
