City of Last Resort (2017)

A city dependent on the system has to survive without it. Residents in the town of Tubman City are caught unprepared for what follows when a terrorist attack across the US leaves the country without a government, infrastructure , and protection. It's said that we are all nine meals away from anarchy. What will residents of Tubman City do when faced with that reality?
