Karam (2001)

Manasi, Zaveri's loving daughter is engaged to the most eligible bachelor, Jai, who belongs to the affluent Rai family. The Rai family is extremely happy to see Manasi as their daughter-in-law. To attend a Pooja organized for the about-to-be-married couple, the vivacious Manasi goes to Mumbai. But, she returns with a gloom on her face. Soon, she finds herself pregnant after being raped by Jai. Now, all dejected, Manasi is caught in a great dilemma, either to walk out of marriage and face the harsh world, or to spend the rest of her life with the very man who abused her existence as a woman.
