A character is walking through his house and sees a human's lower's jaw lying on his floor. The person who it belongs to is then seen making gasping noises with the internal organs of the mouth and throat visible. The inside of his mouth and throat can be seen moving around as he walks over to it, picks it up, and puts it back on his head.

A person is seen outside of a burning building with the bottom have of their leg having been chopped off. They sit on the ground holding the remaining part of their leg with a pool of blood around it.

A mine collapses with many people still inside. A lot of them do not make it out alive.

The f-word was spoken 4-5 times per episode.
