Monarch's 52 (2017)

After the death of Jameson's girlfriend, Joan, he has a long bout of depression, his therapist advises him to create a vlog to record his thoughts and feelings. Shortly after that, he finds a journal that belonged to Joan; filled with the paranoid writings of a schizophrenic person about being followed by a tall man in a suit. After a few seemingly uneventful vlogs, Jameson and his friends realize that maybe Joan was onto something, and that they now be the ones being followed.
